General Data are entered exactly as they are on the form. Wen nothing is filled, in nothing is entered (e.g. = missing). Extra notes written on the form, unclarities, remarks, data not possible to enter into the provided field et cetera, all can be entered as a DE (data entry) comment for the corresponding item.

TAB	Go from current filed to the next
Shift TAB	Go from current field to the previous
F6	Switch between windows
F7	Allows for text entry when applicable
F8	Allows for data entry comment for current field
Right Click on field	Brings up a popup menu with the available codes of the item (only when applicable). Right clicking on the 6 item brings up the following popup menu. Eventually you can enter the code into the field by clicking the code.
